I cover a wide range of events. This includes conferences, trade shows, awards ceremonies, networking events, team-building activities, product launches, and more. Each event has its unique rhythm, and I adapt my shooting methods to suit the event based on your goals.

Do you have a team or do you work alone?

I typically work independently, which allows me to seamlessly blend into your event and capture candid moments without causing any disruption. However, for larger events or upon request, I can assemble a team of photographers who I trust to deliver the same high standard of work.

Do you offer video services as well?

While my primary focus is on photography, I do understand the power of moving visuals in today’s digital age. Therefore, I also offer video services to provide a comprehensive visual package. Whether it’s capturing keynote speeches or creating a highlights reel of your event, I’m equipped to deliver high-quality video content that complements your event photography.

How long after the event can we expect to receive the photos?

My goal is to deliver your photos as quickly as possible without compromising on quality. Typically, you can expect to receive the final, edited photos within 1 week following the event. However, if you need a few images for immediate press releases or social media, I can prioritise and deliver those within 24-48 hours of the event or even throughout the day.

Do you have insurance?

Absolutely, I have both public liability and equipment insurance. Public liability insurance covers any accidental damage or injury that might occur during the event. This way, you can have peace of mind knowing that both you and I are protected.

Do you have experience photographing in different types of venues?

Yes, I have extensive experience photographing in a variety of venues across Edinburgh. From small, intimate indoor spaces to large, open outdoor locations, and everything in between, I’ve worked in them all. This experience allows me to quickly understand the lighting, layout, and unique features of each venue, and use these elements to capture your event in the most visually appealing way. Whether your event is taking place in a grand hall, a contemporary office space, or a bustling outdoor festival, I’m well-equipped to handle the challenges that each venue presents.

Can you do headshots on the day?

Companies often ask me to capture corporate headshots on the day of an event because it can be rare to get everyone in the same room. If this is something you’re looking for, let me know ahead of time and we can plan this around your event timeline.
